Trump has been running his vindictive mouth in the courtroom hallways and on his social media platform bad-mouthing the judicial system in general and judges in particular. Even a limited gag order hasn’t slowed him down. He’s claiming that his First Amendment right to free speech trumps any judge’s gag order, especially since he’s an ex-President up for possible reelection. The judge is being very cautious so as to not trample on Trump’s rights, but at the same time attempting to protect the integrity of the US court system and its personnel, plus witnesses and jurists. Exactly where to draw the line between any infringement on either Trump’s Constitutional rights vs. how much power of a gag order should muster, remains to be seen.

Anytime something goes against Trump’s way of narcissistic thinking, he has his lawyers file a law suit. But one US judge claims that there is a glaring difference between a person’s First Amendment right of speech and orderly protest, and exciting an insurrection to overthrow an election result! Not to mention Trump’s attempting to replace the electors in several states, when his insurrection didn’t pan out the way he wanted.
