I did a similar graphic (Work Will Set You Free–Yeah, Right) to this one and then realized there was an opportunity to express another slave oriented comparison: That of the Southern plantation slaves to the present day trafficking of human beings–namely female children from as young as six through adolescence.

You’ll notice a skew number placed mostly behind the woman’s neck identifying her as to what pimp has brought her. And you thought branding cattle was inhumane. This branding hearkens back to, first, the original American bound slaves who were “hot ironed” with identification marks connecting them (usually) to particular ships, and secondly, to the German concentration camp prisoners being stamped with a identification numbers.

How barbaric we have allowed our societies to become. Forget about foreign foes obliterating us with nuclear arms. We are following Rome’s example by doing in our own selves from within our own boarders–thank you very much.
