Trump (apparently) has had a mild case (so far) of coronavirus and tweeted yesterday to Americans and the world at large, “Don’t be afraid of Covid-19.” Presently, there’s way more than 200,000 Covid dead Americans that, if they were still alive, would certainly take issue with his questionable tweet.

Because of his lax leadership of allowing no mask wearing nor social distancing at his rallies and White House gatherings, a record nineteen government employees and associates were infected. And it is believed that Trump recently held a political rally in which he allegedly knew that he tested positive for the virus beforehand, knowingly, potentially infecting others but caring not. Political agendas trump public health for Trump.

Once again, by Trump’s “down playing” of his Covid-19 case, he’s again adding fuel to the fire by emphasizing his lax of acknowledgement of the devastation Covid-19 has caused and continues to do so to our nation’s health.

Had he gotten a full blown case of Covid-19 (he’s still not totally out of the woods), he might have changed his lackadaisical tune. Still, I’m praying for his total recovery, but it might be to Trump’s (and our) advantage for him to read how King Nebuchadnezzar got humbled. (Not for a second do I really believe he’s interested enough in the word of God to actually crack open the good book).
