Why can’t America go the herd distance? Because some want their cake and eat it too. With the Delta pandemic, it’s like doing the Hokey-Pokey: you’re either all in or all out. It takes a global village to achieve herd immunity. And everyone, everywhere, has to do their part to get the pandemic to an acceptable level.

But back at the Florida ranch, Governor Ron DeSantis is literally killing us by not mandating the wearing masks when in buildings and especially in schools this coming fall. Likewise, Texas’ governor Abbott mirrors DeSantis’ no-mask edits.

Once again, both are playing politics at the expense of our local and national health. Will they stop at nothing to achieve and continue their Republican mindset? God help us because they’re certainly not!
