A great number of Immigrants/refugees coming from the Central American countries to the US’s southern boarder are fleeing for their very lives. Drug cartels, gangs, crooked and inadequate police forces are the main culprits causing this great exodus. Our deputies routinely round them up and hold them almost indefinitely for their belated individual hearings. They come illegally but are returned legally, potentially to a fate of death by bullets or food scarcity.

We Americans need these people, if not for Christian reasons, than to work the jobs that we Americans refuse to do. If you subtract the construction laborers, hotel workers, agriculture workers, and health care workers from our total labor force, our economy woulds fall flat on its face.
