If we don’t keep unwelcome history before us, as gross as it may be, we’re certainly more apt to forget; and consequently, repeat it. And if we don’t continue to refute lies abut the Holocaust ever taking place, then people will start believing that it didn’t. Trump’s continued indictment of Biden’s 2020 win is a prime example. Trump’s got the majority of the Republicans now believing that the 2020 elections were rigged in Biden’s favor by voter fraud, when nothing has been proven to be farther from the truth.

Hitler was a master politician when it came to scapgoating the Jews for societies’ ills. His reasoning for doing so is to elevate the Aryan race into super superiority. Not to unlike the far-right White Supremacists radicals of today. Even though only prison sentences were given to many of these far-righters who insurrected our Capitol on January 6th. ,the principle is the same: God didn’t create any race on Earth to rule over any other. Even God’s Jews in the Old Testament were chosen to be examples to the rest of the world on how to live righteously. Not examples on how to dominate and take advantage of lesser blessed peoples.

At the close of WW11, Hitler’s armies were hurrying to shut down the concentration and exterminating camps to cover their atrocities, but the Allies got there in time to pull-up the Nazi’s shade of shame. Once the shame shade has risen completely, it exposes a single hanged figure, representing not only Jewish hangings, but the maximum, penal hangings of many of Hitler’s elites. The “OK, white power” hand gesture accompanying Hitler’s salute connects the Nazi atrocities of the past with our present stinking thinking “white power” beliefs of today.
