You probably recognize this painting’s reference composition being that of England’s Stonehenge. Most historians believe that Stonehenge was a burial site, hence the pine box coffins atop the vertical Mori men statures of Ester Island. These statues are very imposing and effective; consequently, I used them to depict ICE agents going beyond their normal call of duty due to carry out Trump’s super aggressive deportation policy edicts.

It’s no secret that almost all Democratic city mayors and state governors don’t want Trump’s henchmen to infiltrate their domains with excessive federal enforcement personnel that they don’t need to control immigration nor peaceful protest. They say it’s Trump’s way of showing power, which basically is what Trump is all about-period

Trump’s power hungry initiatives are eating into our country’s US Constitution, Bill of Rights, Democracy, etc., etc., etc. When judges block his edicts, he immediately appeals to his lopsided SCOTUS conservatives. He’s now gotten Pam Bondi to indict several of his former outspoken political opponents. He just can’t fathom not trying to seek revenge on everyone who opposes his way of egotistical thinking.

Trump holds the Bible aloft in a photo op, meaning, I would suppose, that he promotes Christianity. Yeah, right. Jesus kingdom is not of this physical world. Jesus could have called ten thousand angeis to his rescue Himself at His crucifixion-BUT HE DIDN’T. His mission was to seek and save the lost. But He didn’t do it with a power grab of the Roman government. Trump’s seeking a power grab of the United States. Not for Christianity’s sake, but for his own egotistical self. And, even if it was for Christianity’s sake and not his own, that’s not the way Jesus operated, now is it.

As the late Dick Cheney once warned America that “Trump is the greatest “threat to our Republic” and a “coward.” I’ll second that.
