God giveth mankind the wherewithal to combat infectious diseases like COVID-19. Does mankind accept the scientific solutions. Not always. And certainly not completely. A simple thumb is often used to administer COVID-19 vaccines. Yet, a similar hand on a different individual is capable, and usually more than willing, to pull their trigger finger to inflict harm and death to innocent people. Go figure. The first instance involves putting your life on the line for another (especially so for first responders). The second involves hate over love.
