It’s very likely the shooter in Trump’s assignation attempt was negatively influenced by Trump’s violent, vengeful rhetoric. What comes out of his mouth time and time again are lies, lies, and more lies. It’s the supporters of Trump who need to place the bandage over their collective ears to keep Trump’s evil words from infiltrating their beings. Trump’s got selective hearing and zero control of his mouth. That’s where the sound needs to be muffled. Certainly not with a bullet, but maybe the ear shot will be a wake up call to Trump to fly righteously, like being blinded on the road to Damascus was to the apostle Saul/Paul.
