Presently, Trump’s plea for immunity from prosecution from his part in 1/6/21 US Capitol insurrection has recently been rejected in the second highest court, but could easily end up in the SCOTUS.  Like it or not Trump’s got blood on his hands and more crying from the ground, ever though he claims to this very day that it was nothing more than a mild protest.

Within 36 hours after the uprising, five people died and 174 police officers were injured. I don’t call that a mild uprising, I call it treason in the first degree! Punishable, in the least, by exclusion from the 2024 Presidential ticket; and in the most, by imprisonment or death.

Make no mistake, you shouldn’t use Trump and Democracy in the same sentence; they’re total opposites.
