We Americans are heading into our 2022 midterm elections next Tuesday. President Biden just spoke on national TV last night about our Democracy being under attack by the 2020 election deniers. Not only with reference to the January 6th Capitol attack, but these election result lies are being furthered and promoted by Republican candidates who are now openly running for office.

Our nation is obviously politically fractured. But the GOP, in particular, is even more fractured: the 2020 Trump election deniers vs. the GOP acceptors of the vote. A party divided isn’t likely to succeed. Certainly not worth voting for if they outwardly refuse to accept any and all defeats of the elections. They need to man-up instead of sucking-up to Trump.

This present GOP has changed drastically, and exponentially so, for the worst. It doesn’t even remotely resemble Ronald Regan’s GOP.
